1. Marketing makes Sales easier, so if you're working hard on Sales but not getting very far, you need to spend more time on your Marketing.

2. Production - List the projects you have by order of importance and choose which one you will devote focused production time to.

3. I leave this time open for personal time with my family, exercise, lunch, and other things I have to do that don't relate to the Production work I'm doing.

4. Once I become distracted, it's time for a break, and once my batteries recharge from my break, I repeat a smaller scale of the system to finish the day
